These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Master Resell Rights Digital Product ("Learn & Earn Profits Online") provided by Limitless Bossability, LLC ("we," "us,", "our" or "course provider"). By accessing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Product.
Intellectual Property:
The Product, including but not limited to: its copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights related to the Course, its content, design, logos, materials, and any associated documentation are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of AffiliateLucie.com (LDP Digital Corporation) or its licensors.
You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the Product, except for the Master Resell Rights granted under this Agreement.
Grant Of License:
Subject to compliance with these Terms, the Course Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course and its content for personal or internal business purposes. You may not distribute, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of the Course or its content without the express written consent of the Course Provider.
This license is limited to the duration of your ownership of the Master Resell Rights to the Product.
Prohibited Conduct:
You agree to use the Course in a lawful and responsible manner and not to engage in any conduct that may violate applicable laws or infringe upon the rights of others.
You shall not:
i. Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display the Course or its content in any manner not expressly authorized by these Terms.
ii. Use the Course to transmit or store any content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or infringing upon the rights of others.
iii. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Course, its servers, or any related systems or networks.
iv. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Course or its servers.
v. Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities related to the Course.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnification:
The Course Provider and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, or licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the Course, its content, or these Terms, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theory.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including all legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Product, your violation of any term of this Agreement, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
Amendments:
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Product after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the Product at any time and without prior notice if we believe you have violated any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy any copies you may have.
Agreement and Governing Laws & Jurisdiction:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and LDP Digital Corporation regarding the use of the Product and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.
These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Course, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Course shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Wyoming.
